I grew up in a small logging town in Oregon with space to adventure and only one stop light. It's there that I learned to explore the mossy green forests, ran through fields of wildflowers, listened to the running rivers and waterfalls and noticed the warm glow on the hay fields at sunset. There was always something about the beauty in nature that caught my eye enough to document it. This is where my love for photography first started.
Since then I have learned that human connection is even more powerful than what surrounds us. Our desire to feel and experience life with one another runs deep across all cultures. I want to preserve that feeling and those moments through my images—whether it is a milestone or celebrating the magic in the mundane moments of life.
My new home base is Montana. Everyday I get to experience a grand landscape that humbles me, teaches me, and takes my breath away. Although I have traveled to some of the most beautiful places in the world, my heart always comes back to slow living in a small town with good people.
I want to create an experience that allows you to escape the busyness of this world, feel close to those you love most, and marvel in the beauty of your surroundings—all while capturing each part of your unique story.
